The most common thing that people do is copy one another. Children do it. Adults do it. Even, business professionals do it. However, GOD is calling us to reach a level in Him in which we are using our gifts the way He designed us to use them. He desires us not to copy one another, but to walk in originality and newness.
Isaiah 43:19 says "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
We cannot be afraid to do a NEW thing. We cannot be afraid to step out and allow GOD to spring forth in our lives. We must pray and listen to the Holy Spirit when He gives us instructions. Then, we must follow them exactly as the Lord has given them. As we walk in obedience, our originality will be effortless and the newness will be AMAZING! What a blessing it is to not be a Carbon Copy! I thank the Lord that He took time to be original when He made you. Be Blessed:)
